Anna Haugh, Chardonnay 2021

Anna Haugh has worked with growers in the south of France to create elegant, expressive and vibrant wines. The wines are produced as part of the Signature Chef range in the village of Névian near Narbonne in the heart of the Corbières region. For each wine, Chef Anna Haugh has created a recipe specifically to match the blend. You can find the recipe on the QR code placed on back label of each bottle. A blend of 88% Chardonnay and 12% Viognier, this wine is pale yellow with bright reflections. An aromatic nose combines acacia flowers, pear and yellow fruits. The palate is a perfect balance between body and freshness, with a beautifully long finish. An awesome pair with white flaky fish.
